This symposium will feature plenary sessions with rapporteur talks on topics of interest to the particle physics community. Participation is by invitation only. Invitations are obtained through country coordinators for the International Union of Pure and Applied Physics.

The proceedings were printed in February (2004) and shipped via land/sea from Singapore. You should receive your copy by about the third week of April 2004, sooner if you are in Asia.

The "CD" included with your proceedings is a DVDROM. Besides an electronic version of the proceedings it also includes the streaming video of each talk. You need to have a computer with a DVDROM drive to use this DVDROM. If you have problems with your DVDROM please see the DVDROM FAQ page.
