Please follow the below steps to plan/host your meeting/conference:
- Contact the Conference Office (conferences@fnal.gov)
- After initial contact, complete theĀ Intake Form and send to the Conference Office
- Attend intake meeting with Conference Office staff to plan initial meeting/conference parameters
- Complete necessary documentation for conference approval including funding requests
- Once all necessary documentation and approval are received, the Conference Office will:
- Setup meeting/conference website on Indico
- Manage meeting/conference registration and fees
- Order coffee breaks and meals, including dinner planning
- Organize off-site excursions and on-site tours
- Print name badges and other necessary materials
- Staff the meeting/conference
