Plan/Host an Event

    1. Contact the Conference Office (conferences@fnal.gov)
    2. After initial contact, complete theĀ Intake Form and send to the Conference Office
    3. Attend intake meeting with Conference Office staff to plan initial meeting/conference parameters
    4. Complete necessary documentation for conference approval including funding requests
    5. Once all necessary documentation and approval are received, the Conference Office will:
      • Setup meeting/conference website on Indico
      • Manage meeting/conference registration and fees
      • Order coffee breaks and meals, including dinner planning
      • Organize off-site excursions and on-site tours
      • Print name badges and other necessary materials
      • Staff the meeting/conference
