The hotel is located approximately 7 miles north of Fermilab. The hotel will accept reservations by phone or online.Students will be responsible for booking their own travel to the conference, including flight and ground transportation. Fermilab will provide a daily shuttle between the hotel and school: In the morning the shuttle will take students from the Marriott to Fermilab, and in the evening the shuttle will return them to the Marriott.
Students can book directly with the hotel at $109 per night single occupancy, which includes taxes and a daily breakfast.
Shared rooms will be organized through the Fermilab Conference Office and a per person fee of $75 per night will be collected for a shared room and daily breakfast.
Please do not register for hotel services until the selection of accepted students has been made – likely in January, 2018
