Full registration fee reimbursement is available for conference participants who already registered for the in-person conference. We ask for your patience with the reimbursement process as registrants are being contacted directly and this may take some time.
For those who had already booked a room at the Hyatt, your hotel room was canceled automatically and you should have received a cancellation confirmation. If you made a reservation but did not receive a cancellation via email, please call the Hyatt Regency Chicago directly to ensure that your reservation was canceled.
Cancelation of travel or other logistics is the responsibility of the traveler. The Neutrino 2020 conference organizers have provided a letter (link to the letter) for your records and for use in sending to airlines to request refunds or credits. Most airlines have offered withdrawal fee waivers or credits due to the travel concerns and quarantines in effect.
