REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED.

The registration fee of $150 covered coffee breaks, duplication of registration materials, tour buses, proceedings, and other administrative costs for organizing the Workshop. No meals were provided.

An additional fee of $60 was charged for the workshop dinner.
