Instructions for Parallel Talks Presenters
The talk has to be uploaded, preferably in .pdf format, on the Indico agenda at least 3 (three) hours before the presentation.
The duration of the parallel talks on the Indico server includes time for questions and answers after the talk.
Each meeting room will have a screen and a projector. Laptop for presenting the talks will have to be provided by the session chair or by the speaker.
There will be no audio-video conferencing in the meeting rooms. There will be Internet connection in all meeting rooms. Use “eduroam” or ”guest” wireless network and follow instructions to connect.
Instructions on how to contact support team for issues with presentation equipment will be provided in all meeting rooms
