The conference hotel, Harbor Shores, is located in the heart of downtown Lake Geneva, just steps away from the lake. Early October is the high "autumn-colors" season and the normal rate for these rooms starts at $155. We have negotiated a very reasonable rate of $66 per night (state & local taxes of 10.5% apply) for this Workshop. The limited number of rooms with a view of the lake will be assigned on a first come-first served basis.
Important Note: Due to the prevailing conditions in the travel industry, the normal physicist procedure of waiting until the last minute to reserve a hotel WILL cost you considerably since the number of rooms held at these special rates will unavoidably decrease rather quickly with time. If there is any possibility that you will participate in this workshop, we urge you to reserve your hotel room NOW to insure this special rate. The very reasonable cancellation policy will allow you to cancel without penalty.
