We announce the IVth  International Symposium on LHC: Physics and detectors. The Symposium is organized jointly by CERN and FERMILAB, and will be devoted to a review of the current status of the LHC project, machine and experiments, and related topics. The Symposium will be held at Fermilab May 1-3 2003 with a reception and tour of fermilab planned for April 30.
