Generally, it looks like a very interesting and well-balanced set of sessions. I have a few comments and suggestions on the program. I will send speaker suggestions later. General: Are you assigning conveners to the sessions as was done for HCP 2007? I thought this worked well at Elba. I see that you have given all of the talks the same length. You could add some flexibility by allowing some longer and shorter talks where appropriate. Top Physics: This is a great subject with which to begin the conference, I am surprised that this session is shorter than the others. There are a lot of new results in top physics and they are unique to the hadron collider experiments. In particular, the talk on "Top quark properties, including single top" would be much better as two talks. There are many properties of top studied at this point - W helicity, electric charge, production asymmetry, t->Wb/t->Wq, ttbar mass spectrum, etc. QCD/Electroweak: "W/Z+heavy flavor at the Tevtron" could be expanded to include light flavors as well. I think Michelangelo's suggestions for this subject were very good. QCD and partons: The title "Diffraction: Hera and" was incomplete on the version you sent. Is the missing word "Tevatron"? B physics: "Results and prospects fo 5S running at B-factories" - I would recommend dropping this talk altogether. I realize there was a B-factory talk at Elba, but I think a dedicated e+e- talk is out of place at a hadron collider conference, especially when there are so many results and prospects from the Tevatron and LHC to talk about. The relevant aspects could be covered with a few slides in the other b-physics talks. "B-physics prospects at LHC(b)" I think it would be appropriate to include b-physics at ATLAS and CMS as well, but I guess that is what you intend by putting the "b" in parentheses? Final session: I find the "Late breaking news" talk a bit puzzling. Do you select the speaker in advance independent of where the news might come from, and have him/her report on whatever comes out in the last few days, or do you invite and expert at the last minute? I would prefer to see new developments presented by the expert speakers in their normal sessions.
