It is a very balanced programme, it touches all the relevant points, and the break up of subtopics for each session is well thought out. I also like the lack of an opening talk, getting down to business right away with the top session.  Here are a few comments, and requests of clarifications for a few talks. I'll send in my suggestions for theory speakers at a later stage. bests, michelangelo SM session: it is not clear whether the 2nd and 3rd talks (W/Z+heavy quarks at the tevatron, and backgrounds for the LHC) are meant as theoretical or experimental talks. I would propose the following triplet of talks for this first half of the sessions (this may turn out to be what you had in mind!): - theory of W/Z+jets and W/Z+heavy flavour production (possible speaker, J.Campbell) - experimental studies of W/Z+jets and heavy flavour production (tevatron) - prospects for experimental determination of SM backgrounds at the LHC QCD session: - it is not clear whether the hera talk is assigned to a hera physicist, or to someone from the PDf fitting groups. I would vote for the former - choosing the speaker for "QCD at the tevatorn and LHC prospects" may require a negotiation between the 4 experiments. Perhaps we can make an exception here to the practice of having experiments choose, and we identify an invited speaker of our choice? - I would put the alice talk 3rd in the afternoon, just after RHIC, and shift LHC fwd physics 4th. I would also change the title of the alice talk to "Heavy ion physics at LHC", assign it to alice, but request coverage of the atlas and cms prospects as well. - you are missing some text in the talk "Diffraction: HERA and" New phenomena: - it is not clear whether "status of constraints on SUSY" is assigned to a theorist or experimentalist. In this case I would vote for a theorist, with the task of covering both direct and indirect limits (direct searches at the tevatorn and LEP, as well as limits from flavour physics, astrophysics, etc). In this case a good local candidate would be carlos wagner. If you decide to go for an experimentalist, Grivaz would be a good choice, since he is writing the experimental SUSY review for the PDG and has a long and deep experience. Higgs: I would not confine the theory talk to Higgs within MSSM. Most of the recent interesting things have happened in models other than SUSY.  Prospects: - you may want to schedule an upgrade prospects talk for LHCb as well, since they have started working very actively on this.
