We propose to move the Talk S2.3 from the Tuesday session to the Friday session, since it is related to commissioning, experimental status and early physics topics. To absorb the additional 30 mins on Friday morning, we suggest shortening the ATLAS and CMS commissioning talks to 30 mins each (instead of the current 45 mins each).  In exchange, the two talks should concentrate on commissioning aspects.  And the physics aspects should be covered in talks 6.5 and 5.5/5.6 respectively. Finally, the "old" S2.3 should also be renamed a bit to: "Early physics measurements and determination of SM backgrounds for searches" 2. Instead of S2.3 on Tuesday in the QCD/El.weak session, we think that it is important to have a talk on the LHC prospects for "Electroweak Physics at the LHC" (covering prospects on m_W, m_top, gauge bosons couplings,....) It would be natural to place this talk at the end of the session, after the W/Z properties, di-boson and W mass talks from the Tevatron. We assume that LHC QCD aspects will be covered in theory talk S3.2 3. We think it's more appropriate to move talk S6.5 "LHC plans for forward physics" to the session on Diffraction on Wednesday.  Moreover, we think that this talk should be not be assigned specifically to an ATLAS or CMS speaker (but more globally -- theorist? -- or included in a review-like talk?) 4. Concerning the Higgs talks (S7.5 and S7.6) we suggest to have a somewhat different split of topics, with SM Higgs searches in one talk and Higgs properties and BSM Higgs searches in a second one. There is a lot of material to justify a separate BSM talk (MSSM various benchmarks, CPX, couplings,...)
