Dear Keith,
       You have already received many comments and have
a very nice program. I offer a few suggestion here, from the
RHIC viewpoint.
       RHIC has provided quite a bit of new information
about QCD. This includes jet modification in the hot, dense
QCD medium, heavy flavor production (and medium interaction),
the spin structure via polarized p+p collisions, and theoretical
approaches to the strongly coupled regime of QCD. I would
suggest to plan 4 presentations, organized in this way.

S3.4 Theory: Heavy Ion collisions
   would ideally be refocussed as "theory of the strongly
coupled regime of QCD"
Derek Teaney would indeed be an excellent speaker on this
subject, and probably the best choice as he has investigated a
number of different techniques.

S3.5 would appear to cover all of the other 3 topics, which will
not work well. Either something will be omitted altogether, or
each discussed too superficially. I would recommend to arrange
three talks as follows:
Ideally, 25 minutes, but might be squeeed into 20 each:
1) collider study of spin structure
     Bernd Surrow (MIT), Christine Aidala (U.Mass), Mickey Chiu (BNL),
        Hiromi Okada (BNL)
2) heavy flavor production
      Jamie Nagle (Colorado), Manuel Calderon (U.C. Davis)
3) jet modification in hot QCD medium
      John Lajoie (Iowa State), Stefan Bathe (BNL),

Then a discussion of the heavy ion physics at the LHC. I agree
that asking a speaker from ALICE to summarize the capabilities
of all three experiments makes good sense. But, there may be
some push from CMS and ATLAS for separate presentations.
There is not sufficient time in the program to give a slot to each,
though.

Commissioning and prospects of early physics of ALICE
fits better into the S.6 session, together with the other LHC
experiments. The collaboration will surely wish to propose
a speaker for this talk.
