I am giivng below my comments on the program as well as on the comments by a)Michelangelo, b)Darien c)Rino and d)michael. these are the four that reached me. 1)Having conveners for sessions sounds like  a good idea 2)While I agree with Darien that some topics will deserve a longer talk, a talk shorter than 30 minutes can not be very meaningful. so some longer talks will be possible only at the cost of reduction of some talks since the schedule is a bit packed. 3)Top Physics: I too, like Darien, am very happy that one begins with Top physics and just like him I feel we need to give more time to it. In particular it will be good to have the  theory talk discussing  top physics and BSM connection . I imagine the first theory talk put in the program is meant to cover the intetresting developments in higher order EW corrections to top production etc. so I am not sure how much of the BSM connection this talk will be able to cover in the half hour that it has. There is also at least  half hour an available(12.30 to 1.00) even in the current program in top session. 4) For QCD session I find Michelangelo's  comments very reasonable 5)New Phenomena: Firstly I agree completely with Michelangelo that Higgs boson theory talk should not be restricted to MSSM at all. Secondly, while a BSM Higgs boson theory talk is essential to connect to the BSM Higgs searches at the Tevatron, the newer ideas  for the scalar sector need to be discussed ..so the theory talk of Friday afternoon 3.00-3.30 may even be 'Beyond the SM Higgs Boson' (and NOT BSM Higgs!).. of course the worry then is that this talk wont necessarily connect to BSM searches at the Tevatron. For the discussion of Higgs in the context of the LHC   really should also include what I call for want of a better word 'alternate EW scenarios' A theory talk on this will be well indicated .. a possible speaker can be C. Grojean. unfortunately I dont see time for one more such talk in the current schedule I will give more thougths to the theory speakers and send in my suggestions regarding that.
