I send you again my few comments on your draft program. I find the general outline of the program well balanced and I find, with respect to the last year, that you reduced few items that I agree had to be shortened. Wednesday morning Diffraction: Hera and ....certainly LHC; in particular the combination of TOTEM and CMS allows an extensive experimental program on diffraction. Heavy Ions: in addition to ALICE also CMS and ATLAS have a very rich program on heavy ions at LHC. Thursday morning B-physics prospects at LHC(b): again CMS and ATLAS have a lot to say on B-physics in particular for rare dacays. Friday morning Commissioning: TOTEM also should be covered by somebody and possibly LHCf. Poster session I encourage you to organize a large poster session. Last year we asked the community to submit posters quite freely and we devoted large space and efforts for that. The reason was twofold: a) allow experiments (particularly those of LHC) to enter in more details on the strategies of the data analysis and on the description of each sub-detector performances, results of test beams, calibrations, commissioning with cosmics and all details that cannot be extensively covered with a plenary program. b) give to many young physicists the opportunity to contribute to the conference program. In this way they can have a small paper (very important for young people who worked in the LHC experiments in the last few year) since the write-up of the accepted poster contributions will appear in the Proceedings of the Symposium. Concerning experimental speakers for the talks may be less controlled by the experiments, I may suggest for the GRID Computing talk Tommaso Boccali (a very brilliant young physicist who did a lot of work for the various data challanges). For the Status of LHC machine I may propose Walter Scandale or Lucio Rossi. For the CMS upgrade Fabrizio Palla (a young and very active physicists in CMS and in his upgrade) could be a very good speakers. If you allow me to suggest a speaker for B-physics at the Tevatron I will propose Giovanni Punzi from CDF. Concerning theoretical speakers you are in a better position than me to propose candidates, I may simply suggest you to look for possible names as soon as possible. Last year we had a lot of difficulties to find speakers and in some sessions we had to give up to the theoretical overview because of lack of speaker. Somebody was making the hypothesis that theoretical physicists prefer to make a rather general and extensive talk more than a talk on a too specific subject.
