~To present and discuss QCD issues that remain to be addressed by the CDF and D0 detectors at the Tevatron.
~To evaluate physics, especially non-perturbative QCD and the non-perturbative/perturbative interface, that may require upgrades to an existing detector and/or running beyond the present high-pT/high mass program.
~To review the QCD and other physics potential of the Tevatron beyond 2009 in the context of the capabilities of BTeV and the LHC experiments.
