This is the second and final bulletin for the ILC Detector Test Beam Workshop (IDTB07), to be held at Fermilab, Batavia, Illinois, USA from January 17-19, 2007. The goal of the Workshop is to assess the current and future needs for test beams for the ILC detector R&D program, and to provide input to facility managers and users, and to the Worldwide Study for the development of a roadmap. There is no registration fee. - The scientific program, consisting of plenary talks with significant time for discussion, is linked on the web site. - Besides the talks, there will be tours given of the Fermilab Meson Test Beam Facility, the Silicon Detector Facility, and the Main Injector Particle Production experiment on Wednesday, Jan. 17, at 4 p.m. - A reception will occur on Wednesday evening at 6 p.m. and a dinner is scheduled for Thursday evening. - Posters describing ILC activities at Fermilab will be displayed during the Workshop. - The talks will be video streamed on the web during the Workshop.
