Instructions for submitting presentations to ACAT2000

  We are accepting presentations in the following electronic formats:

        o Power Point (strongly preferred)
        o pdf
        o postscript
        o HTML

  Files can be sent to the ftp drop-box as follows:

•  Please  look up your abstract number in the program and name your file(s)  according to the convention: abstract_number.ppt  ( use appropriate extension). If plenary talk,  use the presenter's last name as the filename, with the appropriate extension.
• ftp to fnalu.fnal.gov, username acat2k, password acat2000
• Transfer your files (paper or talk)

  You will be able to see what is in the ftp directory but will
  not be able to download or modify anything in this account.

  Talks may also be submitted as color hardcopy prior to the
  presentation, but this is strongly discouraged due to the
  additional scanning effort required and lower reproduction quality.
 

Information about the presentation facilities

  Each room will be equipped with the following presenting equipment:

        o PC or laptop Windows OS, connected to the network.
        o LCD projector (either 1000 or 1300 Lumens 1024x768 res)
        o Overhead transparency projector
        o Microphone

  The presentations for each session will be loaded on the
  appropriate PC before the session when needed.

  Please let us know if you need additional resources, or software
  to make your presentation.
