Inclusion of the QED higher-order radiative corrections in the e+e-annihilation, two-photon processes an single-W production processes are examined by means of the structure function and the parton shower. Results are compared with the exact $O(\alpha)$ calculations, and good agreement is found. For the application to teh non-annihilatiopn type processes, the energy scale for the evolution given by the renormalization-group equation must be chosen properly, depending onthe dominant diagrams for the given process. A method to determine the most suitable energy scale is proposed.
